We will also look at this way of managing a team. I am NOT saying you have to do it this way.

Get a strategy sheet from me. Get a pencil box from the closet. Work as a team to develop
an initial strategy for your robot runs. This will probably change.

Color code your robot runs. This is for a grade - make it look neat and tidy.

In the Google Doc called 'Startegy' in 'shared with you', as a team explain the reasons behind your strategy.

Turn them in to the purple folder in front. Make sure your team name is on it.

If you have a project idea, go online and find some professionals who might be able to give you advice.

Write a draft email on the Google Doc in your drive, and add the names, jobs and addresses that you find.

Ask me to read the email and approve it = do NOT send any emails until I have approved the draft and the addresses.

Remember that you need to find books,magazines and other sources as well as the internet.

Continue to do research on your project topic - your basic research was too general now that you have a topic.

Once you have sent some emails and looked for books in the library, go onto the Challenge document. Read it carefully. 
Understand the field setup as well as the missions.

If you don't have a project idea yet, you need to focus on getting one.
