Assignment 13 - Add the Crash Sensor

We will now add the use of a sensor that I haven't told you about.

Now follow these instructions:

This is important : I am going to repeat that - the Crash test block MUST be at the far left.

2. Create code to handle each of the five possible situations (yes five!). Experiment with your
algorithm, try different options, speeds, tests and so on.
The goal is to make your robot able to move around the room, never get stuck, turn as little as needed and
explore as much as possible. (Hint - if the Crash sensor is activated, make the robot move back a bit, turn, then carry on.)

Save it to a folder on your computer as crashyourname.

To turn it in, look at the instructions below:

  • Go to Google Drive
  • Open the Class Program folder in 'Shared with me'
  • Open your class folder and assignment folder
  • Click on the "New" button on the top left
  • Upload the program from your computer
