Project Wild - Are you an advocate for the environment? Do you enjoy the outdoors and want to share your love with girls? Become trained in Project Wild. Contact your state coordinator to find out how.

The Water Drop Patch Project is co-sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Girl Scouts of the USA. Girl Scouts of all ages can learn about water resources, complete environmental education and community service activities, and earn the Water Drop Patch. A free booket is available.

Astronomy related activities - you can get a free sky map for each month, make star finders and learn about the constellations, or you can find out what satellites are overhead, and when you can see the space station.


Holidays around the World - This fabulous site has everything from religious holidays to Chinese New Year to Earth Day and Flag Day. Great for Thinking Day.

Online Education of World Holidays was sent to me by another teacher, Ms. H., and has great resources for US holidays as well as world holidays. The links are amazing, with videos, printables and crafts!

Wiccan religious awards : The Over the Moon Award (Ages 8-11), and
the Hart and Crescent Award (Ages 12-18) have been removed from public view, but I believe you can get the requirements from the Covenant of the Goddess web site.
