Today you will do a lesson on Computer Architecture. Click on the link to go to the course.

It will prompt you to open a Google Doc at the end of the course. Answer the Questions using full
sentences and good grammar.

When you have finished, in pairs, create a poster explaining the flow of information in a computer, to a 5th grader.
Use Word or Publisher, and don't use more than two pages. Read the Rubric below to see what is required.

Open the Scale for Robot Sensors. Read it carefully, and decide what number refers to you today.

Open the Scale Chart for Robot Sensors.

  • Add your name and today's date
  • pull the first happy face down to your number
  • highlight the things you don't know in the table beneath
  • save to your Scale Chart folder.

Come to the front of the room, so I can introduce the sensors to you.

After the lesson:

Answer these questions.

Daily objective: Understand how to design a program using a flow chart.

Come to the front of the room for the lesson.Look at the Flow chart shapes.

Look at this explanation of flow charts.

After I have presented the material, go back to your seat .

With a partner, one of you should open their Google Drive from ePassport, and start a new
Google Drawing. Choose one of the following situations, and together make a flow chart to explain to 
someone else how you go about doing it. Watch this video to see how to make a flow chart in Google Drawings.

  1. Get up and go to school in the morning
  2. Bake brownies
  3. Build a table
  4. A topic of your choice - get approval from me first.

Make sure that the drawing is headed with name, date, class color and both your names.

Get the shareable link for your Google drawing, and turn it in to me on the form below.
